Our quality management system is set in alignment with definitions set out in the IATF 16949:2016 standards and customized to meet additional customer specific requirements. We have successfully passed quality audits by well-known international corporations and proven our superior quality as compared to our competitors.

Testing and Homologation

Sirius has a complete environmental testing facility on site for accelerated lifetime testing of all products according to our customers’ specific requirements.s lighting functions to ECE and SAE requirements can be accomplished in the Sirius photometric laboratory, which is completely equipped with a computer controlled LMT goniometer linked to a photocell at 5m and 25m positions.

Design and Technology

Sirius consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations through the strength of our in-house engineering skills and tools.

- Mechanical Design

Our 3D and 2D designs are rendered through industry leading software that allows us to tailor the designs for customer specified requirements.

- Electronics Design

Schematics and production layout of applications such as LED drivers, thermal protection, surge protection, and failure detective modes are developed with in-house engineers to meet our customers’ testing and EMC requirements.

- Optical Design

Optical design and simulation of light output performance are compliant with ECE and SAE standards. We utilize rapid prototyping to validate the optical design before tooling up to meet customer specifications.

Manufacturing

Sirius operates from a 15,125m² (163,000 square feet, 3.8 acres) factory in Tainan, Taiwan.

Our manufacturing facilities are integrated with formation, bonding, assembly and packaging in the neat room, and LED products are assembled in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Vacuum-metalizing, which is a key process for optimizing light output performance, is performed by our subsidiary located in Tainan, Taiwan. The approach creates a quality controlled and flexible production system that allows Sirius to manufacture a wide range of various lighting products.

Sirius engineers work closely with a number of tooling manufacturers to ensure all tooling meets our high standards, as well as the requirements of our customers.

All tooling is approved for production via a series of conscientious and careful studies and managed by our engineers.
